WhatsApp and email
Send the prescription as a JPG or PDF to the patient’s mobile or email. On a phone the share sheet attaches the file. On a computer the file downloads, then you attach it in the chat or the mail.
Signature and seal
PNG or JPEG, the same way as a logo. A transparent seal stays transparent. Set the place in millimetres, or drag it on the preview.
Medicines and supplies
72.49K rows. Search shows the name, group, company, and price. Those stay off the print unless that chamber turns them on. At a fever of 100 or more, only a Paracetamol search is suggested. The medicine is not added by itself.

How a prescription gets written
After login there is no trail of extra screens. Open the patient, write the note, add the medicine, and print. That is the visit.
Open the patient
Name, age, sex, weight, date, and address. If they have come before, find the visit by name, mobile, or ID. A junior can save the history first.
Write the note
Complaints, history, examination, vitals, diagnosis, tests, advice, and follow-up. Lines you have written come back as suggestions. Templates can be saved, opened, or deleted.
Add a medicine or supply
Search by name, group, company, or supply. Set the dose as morning to night, every few hours, times a day, or drops per minute into a vein.
Print or send
Print one page on your pad, or send a JPG or PDF on the patient’s WhatsApp and email.

Can I use my own prescription pad?

Do price, group, or company print on the pad?
Search shows the group, company, and price so you can pick the right pack. The printed pad leaves them off. Turn one on only for the chamber that wants it.
How do I open an old prescription?
A save creates an ID, such as 0042. Find it later by name, mobile, or that ID, then open or edit it. The mobile number is for lookup and is not printed.
Can I write from a phone?
The same page fits a phone, a tablet, and a laptop. A small screen still keeps a place for the patient, the medicines, and the pad.
What does a month cost?
Basic is 500 prescriptions for ৳1,000 and 2 chambers. Standard is 1,000 prescriptions for ৳2,000 and 5 chambers. Premium is 2,000 prescriptions for ৳3,000 and 10 chambers. A monthly pack is for one doctor, and the name and degree must match by 70%. A permanent licence allows up to 5 doctors and 10 chambers. The permanent price is given on the demo.
Do unused prescriptions expire?
No. Buy 500 and use 200, and 300 stays. Buy 500 again the next month and 800 are ready to use.
What if a medicine is not in the catalogue?
Type the name, strength, and dose onto the pad yourself. It is kept, and you can find it next time. The catalogue already holds about 72,000 medicines and supplies.
How many prescriptions are in the demo?
Two from one IP. Both can be printed. A demo print shows UNPAID SOFTWARE on the page.
Who pays for the domain and hosting?
They are not included in the software price. Use your own, or rent them.
What does the report show?
