What prescription software costs each month

· Sudiptta Apu

Three monthly packs, one doctor. The buy-once price is asked on the demo, not invented on this page.

Three monthly packs, and what they count

The monthly prices are on the site because they are real. Basic is ৳1,000 for 500 saved prescriptions and 2 chambers. Standard is ৳2,000 for 1,000 prescriptions and 5 chambers. Premium is ৳3,000 for 2,000 prescriptions and 10 chambers. A monthly pack is one doctor. The name and the degree need to match closely enough for that doctor’s chambers to open. A saved prescription is what gets counted. A draft you never save does not spend the pack. What you do not use stays for the next month. Buy 500, use 200, and 300 remain. Buy another 500 next month and you have 800, not a fresh 500 that threw the rest away.

That carry is the part people mishear. The pack is not a pile of paper vouchers that expire on the last evening. It is a count of saves. A quiet week does not burn the unused ones. A heavy week can use them. The totals on the page — today, this week, this month, this year, on Dhaka time — are how you see whether 500 is the right size or whether the chamber has outgrown it. New patients and returning patients are split, which helps when you are only guessing from the crowd at the door.

Buying once is a different sentence

Buying once is not a fourth monthly tier with a hidden number. The software stays yours, up to 5 doctors and 10 chambers. One year of small changes, your logo, and the licence in your name are part of that conversation. Domain and hosting can be separate. The price is asked on the demo. This page will not invent a figure so that a blog looks complete. If someone quotes you a buy-once price that is not from that conversation, ask again on the demo before you pay.

Payment for the packs you do buy is a scan, bKash, Nagad, or Rocket, after you log in. The numbers are not printed on this public article. The licence turns on when the payment is seen. An unverified transaction ID does not switch the software on by itself. That delay is annoying for ten minutes and cheaper than a licence that starts because someone typed digits.

What the price does not buy

৳1,000 does not add SMS. ৳3,000 does not add a voice that writes the prescription, a television in the waiting room, offline use, drug-interaction checks, or ICD codes. It does not add an automatic merchant checkout. Serial numbers and fee collection are not included at any of these prices. Paying more months in advance does not unlock those, because they are not sitting behind a lock. They are not in the product. A chamber that needs them should not buy a bigger pack hoping they appear.

What the price does buy is the writing page: your pad, your saved lines, medicine search of about 72,000 rows, the visit ID, the JPG or PDF you attach yourself, and the count at the end of the day. Bangla and English are both in every pack. A clear seal does not cost extra. A second chamber costs a higher pack only because the pack sets the chamber limit, not because the pad upload is a separate fee.

How to decide without a spreadsheet

Count a normal week. If you save fewer than 500 prescriptions a month and you sit in one or two places, Basic matches the work. Five rooms is Standard. Ten is Premium. If several doctors will share one install, stop looking at the monthly column and ask about buying once. Two free prescriptions on the demo will not answer the price, but they will show you whether the page is worth any of these numbers. Write them, print them, and then look at the pack. The demo button opens in a new tab.

A month that does not match the brochure

Count saves, not footsteps. A patient who sits down and leaves without a saved page did not spend the pack. A follow-up you save did. If you copy yesterday’s prescription, change one line, and save, that is a save. The carry-over is what keeps a festival week from punishing you. Unused prescriptions stay. They are not a coupon that dies on the calendar date printed on a card. When you buy the next month’s 500, the remainder is still there, so 200 used from 500, plus a new 500, is 800. Write that on a slip if numbers slip away in conversation. It is the sentence people repeat wrong.

The doctor match is the other limit people skip. Monthly packs are one doctor, name and degree close enough. Two doctors in one room are not Basic with a shared login as a clever trick. That is the buy-once conversation: up to five doctors and ten chambers, price on the demo. Pretending otherwise creates a licence that stops on the second name. Ask before you pay, not after the second doctor cannot open a chamber.

What you are actually comparing

When you look at other prices in Bangladesh, compare the job, not the adjective. A cheaper month that includes a queue board is a different purchase from ৳1,000 that includes your pad and 500 saves. A free tier that caps the day at a handful of prescriptions is a different purchase from a pack that lets unused saves roll. softhubd’s numbers are ৳1,000, ৳2,000, and ৳3,000. They do not become a clinic system if you pay annually in your head. SMS, voice, offline, interaction checks, ICD, serials, and automatic merchant checkout are absent at every figure. A larger pack buys more rooms and more saves. It does not buy the missing list.

Payment is a scan after login. This article does not print the wallet numbers. The licence starts when a person has seen the payment. A transaction string is not a start button. That is slower than a fantasy of instant activation, and it is how you avoid paying into a typo.

Deciding on a Sunday

Open the demo, write the two free prescriptions, and print. Then look at last month’s register and guess the saves, not the visitors. One room and a light month is Basic. Several rooms and a full month is Standard or Premium. Several doctors is buy-once, and the price is a question, not a cell in this article. If the print on your pad looks wrong, fix the pad before you buy a bigger pack. Money will not straighten a margin. designportbd@gmail.com is there if the pack sizes still do not match the week you counted.

A price you can check against your own register

Take last month’s register and mark the pages you would have saved. Ignore the people who only asked a question and left. The marked pages are the pack. Under 500, with one or two rooms, is ৳1,000. Around a thousand saves, or up to five rooms, is ৳2,000. Up to two thousand saves, or ten rooms, is ৳3,000. If the marks are far below the pack, remember the unused ones stay, so a thin month is not wasted money in the way a burnt quota would be. If the marks are far above, the next pack up is cheaper than running out and improvising on paper for a week.

Several doctors on one install are not a monthly pack with a shared password. That is buy-once, and the taka figure is spoken on the demo. Do not let a blog comment invent it. Pay by scan after login. The licence follows a seen payment, not a typed transaction line.

Saves, not visitors

Mark the register for pages you would save. That mark is the pack. Visitors who only asked a question do not count. Unused saves stay, so a thin month is not a burnt quota. Several doctors means buy-once, and that price is spoken on the demo.

If I buy 500 and use 200, do I lose 300?

No. 300 stays. Another 500 the next month leaves you with 800.

Is the buy-once price listed here?

No. Ask it on the demo. This page does not invent that number.

Does a bigger pack add SMS or voice?

No. Those are not in the product at any price.

When does the licence start?

After the payment is seen. A transaction number alone does not start it.
