A separate prescription pad for each chamber

Pick the chamber and that pad opens. The evening line does not land on the morning logo.

Morning paper, evening paper

A doctor who sits in two places does not have one pad. The morning clinic has its own letterhead. The evening chamber has another, sometimes a third if there is a hospital outdoor on another day. softhubd keeps those sheets apart. You pick the chamber and that pad opens: its PDF or photo, its margins, its blank edge in millimetres, its signature and its seal. The writing from the evening does not land on the morning logo. That mix is the mistake patients notice at the pharmacy, and it is the mistake this separation is there to stop.

You set each pad once. Upload the file, move the edge until the complaint line clears the header, place the seal where you sign, and leave it. The next patient in that room does not make you measure again. If you sit down in the wrong room by habit, change the chamber before you print. The visit can be copied on purpose from one place to the other. It does not wander there by itself.

How many rooms a pack opens

A monthly pack is one doctor. Basic opens 2 chambers for ৳1,000 a month, with 500 saved prescriptions. Standard opens 5 chambers for ৳2,000, with 1,000 prescriptions. Premium opens 10 chambers for ৳3,000, with 2,000 prescriptions. The doctor is recognised when the name and the degree match closely enough. A second doctor is not a second chamber on the same monthly pack. Buying the software once is the other arrangement: up to 5 doctors and 10 chambers, the licence in your name, and the price asked on the demo rather than printed here as a guess.

What you do not use stays. Buy 500, write 200, and 300 remain. Buy another 500 the next month and you are holding 800. The count follows Dhaka time: today, this week, this month, this year. New patients and people who came back are separate, and you can see which medicine, company, and test you wrote most. That is a chamber total. It is not a fee ledger.

The same patient in two rooms

Someone may see you in the morning and again at night, or a parent may bring the child to the other address. The visit ID, a number like 0042, still finds the old writing by name, mobile, or that ID. Copy it into the evening visit if you want last night’s dose in front of you. The evening pad is still the evening pad. Copying does not delete the morning visit, and it does not print the morning letterhead onto the evening paper. The mobile stays off both prints. It is only there so the search can tell two similar names apart.

A junior at one room can leave the history. Your lines and your pad uploads stay with your login. Another software user does not inherit your templates or your seal. That split matters when a clinic has more than one person at the keyboard and you do not want yesterday’s advice from a different doctor appearing in your field.

What a second chamber is not

It is not a second waiting-room television. It is not an SMS reminder for the evening patients. It is not an offline copy that keeps working when the connection drops. It is not a queue token. Those things are absent. Two chambers here means two pads, two sets of margins, and a choice you make before the page is printed. If the problem you wanted to solve was the crowd at the door, say so before you pay. This page solves the paper, not the door.

The demo lets you feel the switch. Write two free prescriptions, change the chamber, and look at the preview. If the second sheet is actually the second sheet, you have seen the only feature that matters in this article. The price of a monthly pack is on the site. The price of buying once is a conversation on that same demo.

Setting the second pad on a quiet morning

Do the upload before the queue, not during it. Sit with the evening PDF, choose that chamber, and move the top margin until the first line of the complaint clears the printed name. A pad with a large header needs more blank space than a pad that is mostly empty. The preview is the place to see this, not the pharmacy. Save it. Tomorrow evening you only pick the chamber. If you skip this quiet setup, you will measure millimetres while a child is crying, and you will print once on the wrong sheet.

The seal belongs to that same quiet setup. A transparent PNG stays transparent. Drag it to the corner where you sign, or type the millimetres if your hand is less precise than the box. The morning seal and the evening seal can be different files. They stay with their chamber. Switching rooms does not swap them, and it does not ask you to upload again.

A week that uses both rooms

Imagine Monday and Wednesday at the clinic, and every evening at the chamber. Basic’s two chambers cover that if you are the only doctor. The clinic pad and the chamber pad are the two uploads. Patients who come to both places are found by name, mobile, or ID, and you copy a visit only when you want yesterday’s dose in front of you. You do not keep two catalogues. The medicine search is the same list of about 72,000 rows. What changes is the paper and the margin, not the bottle you meant to click.

At the end of Wednesday the count can show the clinic’s saves and the chamber’s saves in the same day. That number is how you notice that evenings have become the heavy half. It does not move a patient from one pad to the other. If Standard’s five chambers are what you actually sit in, the ৳2,000 pack is the one that matches the week, not a story about growth.

Staff who type in one room only

A login for the person who writes histories should not inherit your seal or your templates. Their saved lines are theirs. Your pad uploads stay on your account. The visit ID is still the patient’s visit, so either of you can open 0042 if your access allows it. What you should not do is share one password on a slip, because then every line learned by the software is a mix of two people’s habits. Separate users are how the suggestion list stays useful. The chamber limit on the pack is about doctors and rooms, not about how many people may have a login. Ask on the demo if a clinic needs several typists and you are unsure which pack fits.

When two chambers is the wrong purchase

If you only ever sit in one room, do not buy a larger pack for the unused rooms. Basic’s two chambers already include a spare. If the thing you wanted was a television in the waiting room, or a text message when you are running late, neither pack includes it. Premium at ৳3,000 does not add those. It adds more chambers and more saved prescriptions. Buying once, for several doctors, is a different conversation and a price you ask rather than read off a blog. Look at the second pad on the demo with the two free prescriptions. If the switch is obvious, you have understood this article.

The mistake that shows up at the pharmacy counter

The usual mistake is not a wrong medicine. It is the right medicine on the wrong paper. The evening patient holds the morning logo, or the hospital outdoor’s address sits under a clinic visit. People at the counter then ask which doctor they actually saw. Picking the chamber before you type is a small habit that prevents that conversation. If you already typed in the wrong room, copy the visit into the right chamber and print again. Tear up the first sheet. Two sheets in one bag is how the wrong address survives.

Basic at ৳1,000 already gives you two chambers. Use the second one only when the paper is truly different. An empty spare chamber does not cost an extra fee inside that pack.

One more look before the evening queue

Pick the chamber, read the letterhead in the preview, then call the next patient. That order is the whole lesson. The pack size is only how many of those letterheads you are allowed to keep.

Do I upload the pad again for every patient?

No. You upload it for the chamber. Each later visit in that chamber uses the same sheet.

Can one monthly pack cover two doctors?

No. A monthly pack is one doctor, matched by name and degree. Buying once allows up to 5 doctors and 10 chambers.

Will the morning logo appear on the evening print if I forget?

Only if the evening chamber is still using the morning pad. Pick the chamber before you print, and that sheet opens.

Does the patient’s mobile print on either pad?

No. It is kept for search. Both the paper and the WhatsApp file leave it off.
