Buy the job, not the adjective
Pages that sell prescription software in Bangladesh often pile the words: smart, complete, AI, all-in-one. The pile is hard to buy from, because you cannot tell which sentence is the work. The work you should price is this. A doctor writes a visit. The writing lands on the pad the chamber already uses. Lines the doctor repeats come back and wait for a click. A patient who leaves can take a file of that same page. Next month the visit opens again. If that paragraph is the job, keep reading. If the job is a queue on a television, a text message, or a voice that writes while you speak, stop. Those are other products. softhubd does not become them at a higher price.
Understanding this before you pay is how a sale stays clean. You should be able to explain it to a colleague in under a minute. If you cannot, you do not understand it yet, and you should not transfer money yet.
What you will still do yourself
You will examine the patient. You will choose the medicine. You will click your own old sentence only when it fits. You will read a Bangla dose before it prints, because a wrong spoon is still wrong after it becomes Bangla. You will pick the chamber so the evening paper is the evening paper. You will look at the file before you attach it, and you will look at the chat name so an uncle does not receive a child’s prescription. You will mark the page final when it is the one the pharmacy should trust.
The software will remember, search about 72,000 rows, show you the company and the price, hide that price on the print unless you turn it on, keep a transparent seal transparent, and give the visit an ID such as 0042. It will not refuse a second medicine. It will not add Paracetamol by itself when the fever is 100. It mentions a search. The click is yours. Write that distinction down. It is the difference between help and a second doctor you did not hire.
The money, in the order you should hear it
First the demo, then the figure. Two prescriptions are free, the print is live, and the button opens a new tab. Write on your own pad if you can upload it there. Then count last month’s saves, not the people who only asked a question. Under 500 saves, one doctor, one or two rooms: Basic, ৳1,000. About 1,000 saves or up to five rooms: Standard, ৳2,000. Up to 2,000 saves or ten rooms: Premium, ৳3,000. The doctor is recognised when the name and the degree match closely. Unused saves stay. Buy 500, use 200, and 300 remains. Another 500 next month leaves 800, not a fresh pile that threw the rest away.
Several doctors are not a shared password on a monthly pack. That is buying once: up to 5 doctors and 10 chambers. The price is spoken on the demo. A blog that invents it will be wrong next month, and you will not trust the rest. Payment, when you do pay, is a scan after you log in. The wallet numbers are not in this article. The licence starts when the payment is seen. A transaction string is not a start button.
What a larger pack will not unlock
SMS. Voice. A waiting-room screen. Offline use. Drug interactions. ICD codes. Serial numbers. An automatic bKash or Nagad checkout inside the visit. Domain and hosting can be separate from this website, and a licence can be locked to a domain you name. That is a hosting fact. It does not add the missing list. Bangla does not cost extra. A clear seal does not cost extra. A second chamber costs a higher pack only because the pack sets how many pads you may keep, not because each upload is a fee.
Compare other prices by the job. A cheaper month that includes a queue board is a different purchase. A free tier that stops after a handful of prescriptions a day is a different purchase. softhubd’s numbers are the three above. They are list prices for saves and chambers. They are not a promise that Google will rank anyone, and they are not a promise that your corridor will empty.
A way to decide on a Sunday
Open the demo. Print. Send one file to yourself. Open an old line and refuse to click it, so you see that refusal works. Then decide. If the print looks like your pad and the click behaves, talk about the pack, or write to designportbd@gmail.com with the number of saves you counted. If the print is wrong, fix the margin before you buy a bigger pack. Money does not straighten a logo. Dr. Abul Kalam Azad in Bagerhat uses the software and tells other doctors. Use that as one true example, then trust your own two pages more than his name. A sale that survives is a sale the doctor can explain.
A checklist you can finish in one sitting
Write the job in one sentence and see if this product matches it. I want my pad, my repeated lines on a click, a file I send myself, and last month’s visit. If yes, the demo is the next half hour. If your sentence mentions a television, a text, a voice, an offline book, or automatic collection of the fee, the match has already failed. Do not let a longer feature list talk you out of your own sentence. Lists are how people buy the wrong job.
Then count. Saves, not visitors. Rooms you actually sit in. Doctors who will write, not typists who only prepare a history. Typists can have a login. They are not a second doctor on the monthly pack. Two doctors writing prescriptions means the buy-once conversation. Hear that price only after the print looks right. A wrong margin is not solved by money.
After you understand, the sale is small
You either recognise the afternoon or you do not. Recognition is the close. The figures are ৳1,000, ৳2,000, and ৳3,000, with unused saves kept. The buy-once figure is spoken, not printed in an article that would go stale. Email designportbd@gmail.com when the only question left is which pack matches the register you marked. Bring the number of saves. Do not bring a hope that Premium includes a queue. It does not. A doctor who can repeat that to a friend is ready to pay. A doctor who cannot should use the two free prescriptions until the sentence is easy.
Sit with the register before you sit with the price
Mark one ordinary week. Count the prescriptions you actually wrote, not the people who only asked a question at the door. That count is the pack. Five hundred saves is ৳1,000 and two chambers, for one doctor whose name and degree match the account. A thousand saves is ৳2,000 and five chambers. Two thousand is ৳3,000 and ten. Whatever you do not use stays, and the next pack adds to it. Two hundred used from five hundred leaves three hundred. Another five hundred makes eight hundred. Say that sum back to yourself. If you cannot, you are not ready to pay, because you would be buying a number you have not pictured.
The permanent price is not in this article on purpose. It is said when the print looks like your pad and more than one doctor will write. Hearing it earlier turns the conversation into a bargain before the work is clear.
Four checks, then the pack
Your pad prints. A saved line does not sit until you click. The price is in the search and off the paper. The file is one you attach yourself. Four yeses, then choose 500, 1,000, or 2,000 saves. One no, and write to designportbd@gmail.com about that step, not about a discount.
What am I actually buying?
A writing page, your pad, your old lines on a click, a file you send yourself, and a visit you can open again.
When do I hear the buy-once price?
On the demo, after you have seen the page. It is not printed here.
Will Premium add SMS or voice?
No. It adds saves and chambers. Those other things are not in the product.
What should I do before I pay?
Write two free prescriptions, print one, and send one file to yourself. Then choose the pack that matches your saves.
