One month free in November — for doctors who want to start now

SoftHubd is prescription software for one doctor’s chamber in Bangladesh. In November 2026 we are opening a simple offer: doctors who start in November can use softhubd for one month at no charge. The page is the same page you will use after the free month — your own pad, medicine search, Bangla and English, saves that stay when the connection returns. Nothing is placed on the pad until you click. The software does not diagnose.

This post is for the doctor who has been waiting for a quiet week to try a digital pad, and for the colleague who already opened the demo and wants a full month on their own letterhead. The free month is not the two-prescription demo. The demo still exists for a short look. The November offer is a full month of use after you message us for access. When December begins, the banner on the site will hide. If you started in November under this offer, your free month is the one we agreed when access was turned on.

What you get in that free month

You write visits the way you write by hand. Upload your pad as a PDF or a photo — A4, A5, or the pad’s own size — with margins in millimetres. Each chamber has its own file. Search has about 72,000 medicines and supplies. Group, company, and price show in search and stay off the print unless that chamber turns them on. A missing name can be typed onto the pad and kept for that user. A fever of 100 or more may mention a Paracetamol search. It does not add the row.

Visit IDs such as 0042 help you open an old page later. Mobile is for lookup, not for the paper. WhatsApp or email is a JPG or PDF you attach yourself. There is no automatic sender. Offline, patients and medicines already opened on that computer stay usable. Saves go up when the line returns. Bangla and English are both there. A Banglish dose becomes Bangla when you turn on বাংলা লিখুন. Reports use Dhaka time.

The free month follows the same product rules as a paid month. softhubd does not add SMS, voice that fills the prescription, a queue board, ICD coding, serial tokens, or automatic checkout. Partner logos on the marketing site are samples, not real chambers. Payment numbers stay behind the account login. After the free month, if you continue, you pick a pack: Basic ৳1,000 for 500 saved prescriptions and 2 chambers; Standard ৳2,000 for 1,000 prescriptions and 5 chambers; Premium ৳3,000 for 2,000 prescriptions and 10 chambers. Unused saves stay. A monthly pack is one doctor; name and degree must match closely enough for that doctor’s chambers to open. Buy-once covers up to 5 doctors and 10 chambers — that price is given on the demo, not printed in this article. Domain and hosting are separate. A paid licence turns on after payment is seen.

Who this November offer is for

It is for chambers that want to print on their own pad this month, not next year. It is for doctors who saw the demo’s two free prescriptions and need more days to settle margins, seals, and dose habits. It is not a promise that softhubd will write the diagnosis. It is not a video-call product. If you see patients online, you keep WhatsApp or Zoom for the call and softhubd for the page — the same separation we describe in our online-visit article.

Start in November so the free calendar month is useful while the offer is live. Message for access; do not assume the public demo alone unlocks a full month. How to ask for the free month

Send a WhatsApp message to +8801756443969, or use Messenger on the SoftHubd page, and say you want the November one-month free access. Include the doctor’s name and degree as they should appear on the pad. Email softhubd.info@gmail.com works too. We do not publish payment numbers on the open site. After access is on, use the software on your chamber host the way a paying doctor would: write, click, print or attach the file yourself.

On softhubd.com the hero still shows a small countdown toward 1 December 2026, Dhaka time. That clock is for the offer window on the marketing site. Your free month’s end date is the one confirmed when access starts. If you begin late in November, ask us clearly so the free period is not left vague.

After November

When the free month ends, unused saves from that period stay under the same rule as paid packs: what you did not use remains. If you buy 500 later and already used some of a prior allotment, the copy on the pricing page still applies — unused ones stay; another 500 adds on. If you stop, the marketing site will no longer push the November banner after December begins. The blog post can stay as a record of the offer. softhubd will still be the same product: the doctor writes, nothing sits on the pad until they click, and the software does not diagnose.

If a colleague asks whether “free” means a different, thinner product, the answer is no. The free month is softhubd with the same pad, search, offline behaviour, and click rule. The only difference is that November starters who message for access do not pay for that first month.
